Prior to joining the Nugent law firm as General Counsel in 2019, Mr. Anderson worked as a business lawyer whose primary focus was resolving business disputes, through counseling, negotiating, mediating, arbitrating and litigating. He is a registered General Mediation Neutral, and he has served as Special Master to the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia.

He is an AV Preeminent lawyer, the highest rating issued by the LexisNexis / Martindale-Hubbell sponsored peer review.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Anderson clerked for The Honorable James C. Hill of the United States Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals. Prior to law school and after graduating from college, Mr. Anderson worked for two years as a Corrections Officer at the State Prison, Trenton, New Jersey. He was captain of his college lacrosse team, and honored as a member of USILA and conference All-Star teams. He remains active in youth sports, and serves as an officer and board member of Atlanta Youth Rugby, Inc., a nonprofit corporation enabling hundreds of boys and girls throughout metropolitan Atlanta to play rugby. He is married, and has two sons.
As General Counsel, Mr. Anderson supervises the firm’s attorneys, and also represents the firm in all legal matters impacting the firm.
